Marketplace Recruiting Lead

Job Summary

To support the growth of a nationwide network of infusion nurses, the full-time Marketplace Recruiting Lead will design and implement recruitment strategies, optimize processes, and enhance the clinician experience in a fully remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development of scalable recruiting infrastructure for 1099 Registered Nurses, including designing systems and workflows
• Develop targeted acquisition strategies for new markets while maintaining clinician supply and improving recruitment efficiency
• Analyze recruiting metrics and market conditions to inform expansion strategies and improve conversion rates

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, and operational work
• Experience with high-volume marketplace recruiting or similar environments
• Proficiency in building and analyzing datasets to generate insights
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive initiatives effectively
• Excellent organizational and relationship-building skills
