Marketplace Recruiting Lead

Job Summary

To scale the clinician network, the full-time Marketplace Recruiting Lead will optimize recruitment strategies for 1099 infusion nurses, develop targeted acquisition plans for new markets, and enhance recruiting analytics, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable recruiting systems to grow the clinician network from 1 to 100
• Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies for various states and underserved regions
• Analyze and monitor recruiting metrics to improve funnel conversion and overall recruiting efficiency

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, and operational strategy
• Experience with high-volume marketplace recruiting or similar environments
• Comfort with data analysis and generating insights from datasets
• Proven ability to create and optimize effective recruiting playbooks
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
