Marketplace Recruiting Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and operationally-minded Marketplace Recruiting Lead, this full-time remote position will manage the recruitment and activation of a nationwide network of 1099 infusion nurses while shaping the recruiting function and expanding into new markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development and scaling of recruiting systems to grow the clinician network from 1 to 100
• Optimize recruitment strategies through various channels and maintain clinician supply across existing and new markets
• Analyze recruiting metrics and economics to improve conversion rates and support data-driven decision-making

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including individual contributor and operational roles
• Experience in high-volume marketplace recruiting or similar environments
• Ability to build and query datasets for insights
• Proven track record of creating or optimizing recruiting playbooks and tactics
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
