Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and operationally-minded Marketplace Recruiting Lead, the full-time remote role will manage the recruitment and growth of a nationwide network of 1099 infusion nurses, optimizing recruitment strategies and enhancing operational workflows in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the development and scaling of the recruiting infrastructure from 1 to 100, designing effective systems and workflows
- Optimize recruitment strategies through various channels, ensuring a healthy clinician supply while supporting expansion into new markets
- Analyze recruiting metrics and economics to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs, while enhancing the candidate experience
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, including individual contributor and operational roles
- Experience in high-volume marketplace recruiting or supply-side recruiting environments
- Ability to build and query datasets for insights and decision-making
- Proven track record of developing and optimizing recruiting playbooks and strategies
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
