Marketplace Recruiting Lead

Job Summary

To scale the clinician network for a fast-growing healthcare marketplace, the full-time Marketplace Recruiting Lead will manage the recruitment, activation, and growth of 1099 infusion nurses while developing innovative strategies and systems to enhance the recruiting function in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design and implementation of scalable recruiting systems for 1099 Registered Nurses
• Develop targeted acquisition strategies for new markets and maintain clinician supply across existing regions
• Analyze recruiting metrics and improve processes to enhance funnel conversion and candidate engagement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including individual contributor and strategic roles
• Experience in high volume marketplace recruiting or similar environments
• Proficiency in building and querying datasets for insights
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive initiatives
• Excellent organizational and relationship-building skills
