Marketplace Recruiting Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a Marketplace Recruiting Lead, this full-time remote position will manage the recruitment and activation of a nationwide network of 1099 infusion nurses, optimizing strategies for clinician acquisition and supporting expansion into new markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development and scaling of the recruiting infrastructure from 1 to 100 nurses, designing systems and workflows to enhance recruitment efficiency
• Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies for various markets, ensuring a healthy clinician supply and addressing network demand
• Analyze recruiting metrics and market conditions to inform expansion strategies and improve overall recruiting performance

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including both operational and strategic roles
• Experience with high volume marketplace recruiting or similar environments
• Proficiency in building and querying datasets for insights
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive initiatives
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
