Job Summary
Driving partner solution alignment and execution, the full-time Marketplace Sales Specialist will collaborate with Digital Strategy Managers and fintech partners to enhance deal progression, articulate value propositions, and support revenue generation in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Digital Strategy Managers to identify and execute marketplace partner solutions within active opportunities
- Engage with fintech partners to align on solution positioning and deal-specific execution needs
- Track and report on key metrics, including attach rates and pipeline contributions, to support revenue outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in financial services, fintech, or enterprise SaaS sales or solution consulting
- Strong understanding of the banking or credit union ecosystem, including digital banking solutions
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Partner teams
- Familiarity with SaaS/PaaS solutions, APIs, and CRM systems like Salesforce
