Job Summary

Passionate about high-end sports cards, the full-time remote Marketplace Success Lead will manage VIP relationships, ensuring exceptional service and hospitality while driving engagement and trades within the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality to VIP users, acting as a trusted advisor in their card trading process
• Ensure prompt handling of VIP requests by the customer support team
• Encourage and motivate VIP users to increase their trading activity on the platform

Required qualifications

• Deep knowledge and passion for high-end sports cards, including industry trends and collector psychology
• 5+ years of experience in customer support and/or sales
• Strong ability to launch experiments quickly and learn from data
• High responsiveness and availability to meet VIP needs
