Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketplace Training Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become the subject matter expert on processes, procedures, and training content creation
  • Coordinate and develop training programs for new hires at various levels
  • Monitor new hire progress, provide feedback, and support ongoing improvement in customer service skills

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of call center customer service experience in an inbound contact center
  • 2+ years experience as a customer service representative or tech support trainer
  • 2+ years of training in content writing
  • 1+ years of Google Suite experience
