Job Summary
A company is looking for a MarketPoint Reporting Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 7 direct reports with 15 total associates
- Work with multiple stakeholders across the enterprise
- Implement strategic plans, drive goals and objectives, and improve performance
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of technical experience in data analysis and intelligence OR a Master's degree and 5+ years of technical experience in data analysis and intelligence
- 5+ years of leadership experience, including hiring, training, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
- Extensive experience in Power BI, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, and report/dashboard development
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Access
- Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
