MarTech Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a MarTech Engineering Manager to lead technical projects and manage a team of engineers focused on Adobe Experience Platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead for Adobe Experience Platform, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Journey Optimizer projects
• Manage and mentor a team of MarTech engineers to ensure high-quality delivery and professional growth
• Architect and oversee the deployment of data collection frameworks and lead cross-channel data integrations

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform and related services
• 3+ years of experience managing or leading a technical team
• Proven track record of implementing Adobe Real-Time CDP and related analytics solutions
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and understanding of Adobe integrations
• Certifications in Adobe CJA/AEP are a plus
