Job Summary
Hands-on and detail-oriented, the full-time Martech Lead will own, build, and operate the global marketing technology stack remotely, ensuring technical delivery, reliability, and optimization of marketing systems across 20+ markets.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee enterprise-level marketing systems administration, including data architecture, lifecycle management, and governance
- Design and operate the global mar-tech stack, integrating tools like Marketo and Zapier to enhance campaign efficiency
- Lead global rollouts of new systems, ensuring documentation and communication to drive adoption across markets
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise-level CRM or marketing automation platforms in a production environment
- Proven track record in delivering marketing systems for complex, multi-market organizations
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data hygiene, and system integration best practices
- Ability to conceptualize APIs and document integration requirements effectively
- High-ownership mindset with the capacity to independently resolve technical and operational issues
