Marvel Comics Content Reviewer

Job Summary

To support the development of a curated content map for Marvel comics, the part-time Marvel Comics Content Reviewer will validate reading paths, assess comic issue sequencing, and collaborate with product teams remotely while committing approximately 15-25 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine proposed reading orders based on canon, narrative quality, and reader experience
• Map connections between events, arcs, and runs to ensure coherent reading paths for users
• Collaborate with product teams to provide editorial rationale and participate in working sessions

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated deep expertise in Marvel Comics
• Working knowledge of Marvel continuity, including key characters and event arcs
• Comfortable using structured tools such as spreadsheets and shared documents
• Authorized to work in the United States as an independent contractor
• (Preferred) Experience in editorial and/or creative writing
