Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and approve bankruptcy-related pleadings
• Manage all facets of bankruptcy cases, including Proof of Claims and Motions for Relief
• Participate in court appearances and maintain regular communication with clients

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.)
• Active licensure with the Maryland and Virginia State Bars
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload effectively
• Experience with adversary proceedings or mediations in bankruptcy cases is a plus
• Familiarity with legal case management tools is beneficial
