Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Appellate Paralegal for a short-term project remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of the record extract
• Review and ensure proper formatting of appellate documents
• Support procedural compliance with Maryland appellate court rules

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting appellate filings (paralegal or attorney level)
• Familiarity with record extracts and appellate formatting requirements
• Knowledge of court filing procedures (Maryland experience strongly preferred)
• Ability to work independently and efficiently on a short turnaround
