Maryland Associate Director of Programs

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the smooth operation of the organization's programs in collaboration with the leadership team
• Oversee the Access to Counsel in Evictions - Coordinated Intake System and supervise program managers
• Maintain relationships with partner organizations and assist with grant reporting and program performance tracking

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in legal or social services delivery
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to identify challenges and recommend solutions independently
• Commitment to tenant rights, racial equity, and access to justice
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
