Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels in a professional manner
  • Document all customer interactions accurately using CRM systems and follow established procedures
  • Provide support for general inquiries and maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred
  • 3 years of customer service or contact center experience
  • Ability to organize multiple tasks and understand inquiry resolution workflows
  • Experience with CRM applications and documentation processes
  • Availability to work some weekends and holidays as needed
