- Answer inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels in a professional manner
- Document all customer interactions accurately using CRM systems and follow established procedures
- Provide support for general inquiries and maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred
- 3 years of customer service or contact center experience
- Ability to organize multiple tasks and understand inquiry resolution workflows
- Experience with CRM applications and documentation processes
- Availability to work some weekends and holidays as needed
