Maryland/DC Licensed Doula

Job Summary

To support pregnant patients and new mothers, the part-time Maryland/DC Licensed Doula will provide virtual health coaching and education, ensuring patient engagement and adherence to care protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Work alongside the Care Delivery manager to execute patient engagement and coaching protocols weekly
• Ensure patient engagement and participation for both pregnant patients and new mothers
• Monitor and support patient adherence to recommended care protocols as defined by healthcare providers

Required qualifications

• DONA (Birth, CD, or CBE), ICEA, CAPPA, or ProDoula certified; licensed to practice as a doula in Maryland or DC
• Registered in Maryland Medicaid (ePrep) or DC Medicaid system
• Experience with web and mobile technologies
• Fluency in English is required; additional fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
• Telehealth experience is a plus
