Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Consultant II - Federal Market (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Grow new business and renew existing business for medical and ancillary products in the federal market segment
• Develop strong relationships with Agency Benefits Officers and conduct formal training on products and regulatory changes
• Manage and coach Agency Benefits Officers to ensure compliance with paperwork and enrollment processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 5 years of sales/healthcare experience in a similar sales position
• Current health and life license for Maryland, DC, and Virginia upon hire
• Experience in a similar sales position with a competitor or another Blue Cross Blue Shield plan is preferred
