Job Summary

To drive growth in the Commercial Markets Division, the full-time Maryland, DC, Virginia Licensed Sales Consultant will develop new business opportunities, manage broker relationships, and conduct training sessions, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Grow new business for ancillary products in the group market segment through strategic prospecting and client negotiations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers using advanced consultative selling skills
• Provide formal training and coaching to assigned brokers, ensuring adherence to enrollment processes and guidelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• Current health and life license for Maryland, DC, and Virginia
• 5 years of sales or healthcare experience in a similar sales position
• Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle multiple demands effectively
