Maryland Enrollment Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an OOS Enrollment Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and complete Medicaid and other health plan enrollment applications
• Coordinate with hospitals and physicians to ensure accurate completion of enrollment applications
• Manage enrollment reporting and provide excellent customer service to clients

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience working with insurance providers
• Understanding of health plan enrollment and related terminology
• Knowledge and experience with government insurance programs
• Proficient in computer functions, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
