Maryland Health/Life Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Representative to join a dynamic and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business relationships to meet or exceed sales goals within the assigned territory
• Support new sales initiatives and collaborate with internal stakeholders for product processing
• Identify new customer sales opportunities and manage existing client relationships to enhance sales

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 0-2 years of related experience, preferably in the employee benefits space
• State Health/Life License required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire
• Ability to learn about the insurance/financial services industry and develop strong relationships
• Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
