Job Summary

To support client retention and relationship building, the full-time Maryland Licensed Account Manager will serve as a liaison between clients and the agency, handling inquiries, assisting with presentations, and managing case coordination in a fully remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring timely follow-up on pending issues
  • Assist Sales Executives in preparing client presentations and coordinating renewals while analyzing customer needs and competitive options
  • Manage overall case coordination, tracking, and issue resolution to ensure client satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma required
  • Life & Health License (or must be obtained within 6 months of hire)
  • At least 3 years of related experience
  • Knowledge of employee benefits programs and procedures
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
