Job Summary

Supporting lead project managers in delivering efficient permitting outcomes, the full-time Maryland Licensed Associate Project Manager will conduct permit research, prepare permit plans, and collaborate with city staff while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist in delivering great permitting outcomes for customers by supporting lead project managers
  • Conduct accurate permit research and prepare necessary permit plans
  • Monitor permit status, ensure timely responses, and provide feedback to product and engineering teams
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in construction management or architecture, focusing on project management
  • Experience in applying for and obtaining construction permits
  • Strong ability to research permit requirements accurately
  • Comfortable interfacing with city staff and navigating administrative processes
  • Proactive problem solver with effective communication skills
