Job Summary

A company is looking for a BCBA Clinical Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and oversee ABA treatment plans
• Provide direct clinical supervision to behavior technicians and mid-level Case Supervisors
• Conduct monthly client visits and ensure compliance with oversight requirements

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field
• BCBA certification or appropriate licensure as a healthcare professional
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (preferred)
• Experience developing behavior reduction goals and behavior-analytic skill acquisition plans (preferred)
• Previous experience as a Behavior Technician and/or Case Supervisor (preferred)
