Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time Maryland Licensed BCBA Clinical Manager will develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, mentor staff, and guide families in a hybrid work environment with 75% remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans
• Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and provide parent coaching

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
• BCBA certification or equivalent licensed healthcare professional qualification
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
