Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst will develop, monitor, and oversee ABA treatment plans while providing direct clinical supervision to behavior technicians and mid-level Case Supervisors, with a flexible work arrangement that allows for 75% remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and update client programs monthly, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as assigned
- Provide monthly supervision to behavior technicians and ensure compliance with training hour requirements
- Write and submit progress reports to the Clinical Director while maintaining communication with staff and addressing concerns promptly
Required qualifications
- Minimum of a Master's degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field
- Must be BCBA-certified or hold qualified licensed healthcare professional status according to state regulations
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis is preferred
- Experience developing behavior reduction goals and behavior-analytic skill acquisition plans is preferred
