Job Summary

A company is looking for an Escalation Advocate, Behavioral Health - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage resolution of urgent and non-urgent issues in a fast-paced environment
• Conduct root cause analysis and communicate findings to management and partners
• Provide member advocacy and support for complex claims issues

Required Qualifications:

• Independently clinically licensed in Behavioral Health (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC)
• 5+ years of behavioral health care experience
• 3+ years of customer service experience in the healthcare industry
• Knowledge of State and Federal regulations governing commercial health insurance
• Proficiency with computer applications and specific systems like Linx, ICUE, OCM
