Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Maryland Licensed Behavioral Health Advocate will manage escalated issues in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely resolutions while working remotely across the U.S.
Key responsibilities:
- Achieve timely resolution to urgent and non-urgent issues, with most resolved within 48 hours
- Critically analyze issues to determine root causes and communicate findings to management and partners
- Collaborate across multiple teams and develop effective working relationships with internal and external customers
Required qualifications:
- Behavioral Health Clinical licensure to practice at the independent level (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) or an RN with 2+ years of psychiatric experience
- 5+ years of behavioral health care experience
- 3+ years of customer service experience in the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing commercial health insurance
- Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, including Linx, ICUE, and OCM
