Maryland Licensed Behavioral Health Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Manager (BHCM) - Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial clinical member biopsychosocial intake and administer behavioral health assessments
• Coordinate care and act as a liaison between specialists and the internal care team
• Lead weekly interdisciplinary team meetings and document member progress in a HIPAA-compliant system

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• LCSW licensure and licensed to practice in Maryland
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing, social work, or related health and human services discipline
• Preferred experience as a Certified Case Manager, Community Health Worker, or Peer Support Specialist
• At least one year of clinical care management experience, preferably with cancer patients
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
