Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time or full-time Maryland Licensed Bilingual Therapist will provide individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth, managing a caseload of 15-36 sessions per week, primarily during weekday afternoons and evenings.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct intakes and develop client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists
- Maintain timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system
Required qualifications
- Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LCSW-C
- Experience working with children, teens, and families
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
- Grounded in trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices
