Maryland Licensed Broker Relations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Broker Relations (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex broker inquiries and issues
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of broker support representatives
• Develop and implement broker service standards and monitor key performance indicators

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• 5 years in sales, relationship management, and/or marketing
• 1 year of supervisory experience or demonstrated progressive leadership experience
• Current Health/Life License in Maryland, Virginia, and District of Columbia
• Preferred experience working with insurance brokers or agencies
