Maryland Licensed Business Intelligence Developer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Maryland Licensed Business Intelligence Developer will manage data analytics, performance measures, and business intelligence tools while collaborating with analytic teams to solve organizational analytic problems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business intelligence solutions, including coding, testing, and debugging
• Lead the strategic design and maintenance of business intelligence tools to enhance decision-making capabilities
• Research and plan analytic solutions for existing and new organizational problems as directed by leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Healthcare, or equivalent; Master's Degree strongly preferred
• EDW internal certification required within 6 months; certification in a data analytic tool such as Tableau or Epic required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare IT, analytics, software development, or data management
• Experience with business intelligence development tools such as Tableau and SAS, and programming tools like R, Python, and SQL
• Demonstrated experience in project management and working with external vendors
