Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Accounting Officer/SVP Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, close processes, and complex accounting issues
• Develop and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations
• Act as a strategic advisor to the CFO, driving financial strategy and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or Master's in Accounting preferred
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) preferred
• 15-20+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with significant leadership roles
• Advanced accounting knowledge (GAAP/IFRS, complex transactions)
• Proficiency with ERP systems and financial tools
