Key Responsibilities

• Investigates and confirms facts of loss for automobile accidents, determining coverage, liability, and damages
• Partners with representatives on fraud or subrogation claims to achieve optimal outcomes
• Handles investigations regarding all aspects of auto claims with discretion and independence

Required Qualifications

• Experience in claims adjusting, particularly in automobile insurance
• Strong skills in coverage investigation and policy interpretation
• Ability to recognize vehicle body parts and understand potential property damage
• Intermediate understanding of insurance policies and industry practices
• Adaptability and collaboration skills, particularly with Special Investigation Units (SIU)
