Job Summary

Experienced in claims management, the fully remote Maryland Licensed Claims Adjuster will investigate automobile accidents, assess coverage and liability, and negotiate claims while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for automobile accidents, applying knowledge of insurance policies
• Handle various aspects of auto claims, including coverage, liability, and damages, with limited discretion
• Evaluate and negotiate basic injury claims and identify potential subrogation or fraud issues

Required Qualifications

• Maryland Claims Adjuster license
• Experience with end-to-end claims ownership and liability assessment
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
