Job Summary

Managing workers' compensation claims, the full-time Maryland Licensed Claims Representative will conduct investigations, provide benefit oversight, and ensure compliance with statutory guidelines while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Effectively manage workers' compensation claims requiring timely investigations and financial accuracy
• Provide exceptional customer service by establishing and maintaining productive business relationships with customers
• Leverage a network of professional resources to facilitate the restoration of claimants' lives

Required qualifications:

• Prior workers' compensation insurance claim handling is preferred
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• Strong computer proficiency in the MS Office Suite
• Ability to meet productivity targets in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• This position is open only to candidates who reside in the state of Maryland
