Job Summary
Managing workers' compensation claims, the full-time Maryland Licensed Claims Representative will conduct investigations, provide benefit oversight, and ensure compliance with statutory guidelines while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Effectively manage workers' compensation claims requiring timely investigations and financial accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service by establishing and maintaining productive business relationships with customers
- Leverage a network of professional resources to facilitate the restoration of claimants' lives
Required qualifications:
- Prior workers' compensation insurance claim handling is preferred
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Strong computer proficiency in the MS Office Suite
- Ability to meet productivity targets in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- This position is open only to candidates who reside in the state of Maryland
