Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
• Active real estate license in good standing, preferably in Maryland
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems effectively
• Strong analytical skills for managing financial details and resolving discrepancies
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
