Job Summary

To support real estate transactions in Maryland and surrounding areas, the part-time Maryland Licensed Client Specialist will manage non-licensed administrative tasks, ensure compliance, and facilitate communication among agents, clients, and third parties in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities:
  • Perform non-licensed administrative tasks and manage contractual dates to ensure timely transaction closures
  • Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure all documentation is compliant and organized in the transaction file
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders throughout the transaction process, ensuring clear communication and support
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title administration, or transaction coordination
  • Active real estate license in good standing, preferably in Maryland or specified states
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple software systems related to transaction management
  • Strong analytical skills to manage financial details and resolve discrepancies
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
