Maryland Licensed Clinical Coordinator
Job Summary
To support the management of Behavioral Health Outpatient Services, the full-time Maryland Licensed Clinical Coordinator will oversee clinical operations, coordinate patient flow, and manage staffing while also providing nursing care and participating in performance improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Assists in daily management of outpatient programs and ensures compliance with regulations and standards
- Directs patient flow and manages unit supplies and equipment to meet patient care goals
- Participates in quality assurance and performance improvement efforts, including staff development and evaluations
Required qualifications
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in Behavioral Health Nursing
- Certification in BCLS
- Experience with crisis intervention and trauma-informed care
- Knowledge of behavioral health regulations and quality improvement requirements
