Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Maryland Licensed Clinical Counselor will provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population while enjoying clinical autonomy and administrative support in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a personal caseload of clients, utilizing clinical judgment to deliver effective therapy
- Set flexible hours and availability, deciding which referrals to accept
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement treatment plans while ensuring Medicaid compliance
Required qualifications
- A valid LCPC license in good standing in the state of Maryland
- A Master's degree in Counseling with at least 2 years of hands-on therapy or assessment experience
- Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)
- Experience with EHR systems and digital tools
- A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office with reliable internet for virtual sessions
