Job Summary

Collaborating with principal investigators, the full-time Maryland Licensed Clinical Research Manager will oversee a clinical trials portfolio and manage research operations, ensuring compliance and effective data management in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the conduct of research in collaboration with investigators and manage clinical research staff
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for clinical research while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Oversee budget management and resource utilization for clinical trials, ensuring efficient study startup and milestone tracking

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Six years of related experience in clinical research within academic, government, or pharmaceutical settings
• Demonstrated supervisory or lead experience
• Advanced knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and local regulations
• Additional education may substitute for required experience as permitted by the equivalency formula
