Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and caregiver-focused therapy via secure telehealth
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop strengths-based treatment plans
• Collaborate with care team members to ensure coordinated services and assist with care coordination and resource linkage

Required Qualifications

• Active Maryland license: LCSW-C or LMSW strongly preferred (LGPC/LCPC also considered)
• Commitment to social work values, including equity and client-centered care
• Experience or strong interest in working with children, adolescents, and family systems
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
