Job Summary

Maryland Licensed Clinical Social Worker, seeking a part-time remote clinician to provide therapy and support to youth and families through a strengths-based approach, with flexible scheduling and a focus on holistic care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and caregiver-focused therapy via secure telehealth
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop strengths-based treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated services and support

Required Qualifications

• Active Maryland license: LCSW-C or LMSW strongly preferred (LGPC/LCPC also considered)
• Commitment to social work values, including equity, advocacy, and client-centered care
• Experience or strong interest in working with children, adolescents, and family systems
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
