Job Summary
Offering full clinical autonomy, the full-time Maryland Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population while enjoying remote work flexibility and administrative support for billing and credentialing.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of clients, utilizing clinical judgment to deliver effective therapy
- Set personal hours and availability, determining which referrals to accept
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement treatment plans that address their goals
Required qualifications
- Valid LCSW-C license in good standing in Maryland
- Master's degree in Social Work with at least 2 years of therapy or assessment experience
- Own malpractice coverage of $1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate
- Experience with EHR systems and digital tools
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred
