Job Summary

Maryland Licensed Clinical Supervisor, this part-time, fee-for-service role involves providing supervision, mentorship, and training to residents and pre-licensed clinicians while maintaining a small caseload in a remote clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide weekly individual and group supervision, review treatment plans, and ensure compliance with ethical care standards
• Maintain an active caseload, model best practices in therapy, and oversee documentation for compliance
• Co-lead training sessions, support professional development, and conduct performance evaluations for residents

Required Qualifications

• Advanced clinical degree (LCSW-C or LCPC) with unrestricted licensure in Maryland
• Minimum of 4 years of post-master's clinical experience
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a clinical setting
• Experience in virtual healthcare strategy or systems-level behavioral health transformation
• Strong knowledge of compliance and accreditation processes
