Maryland Licensed Clinical Training Specialist

Job Summary

Delivering training modules on case management and disease management, the full-time Maryland Licensed Clinical Training Specialist will conduct training sessions for clinical staff and assist in the development and assessment of training programs in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conducts training sessions using various materials and methods to enhance staff skills
• Assists in developing and revising training programs based on evaluations and organizational needs
• Analyzes training effectiveness and collaborates with the QA team to identify and address problem areas

Required qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Nursing Program (RN); BSN and/or MSW degree required
• Three years of managed care experience
• Training or teaching experience is required
• Experience in quality assurance of professional staff is preferred
