Job Summary

To support efficient account management, the remote Credit and Collections Associate will evaluate creditworthiness, monitor outstanding balances, and ensure timely collection of payments while working full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process credit-held orders to ensure timely resolution
• Investigate claims and resolve customer account inquiries through effective communication
• Analyze account activity to support informed credit decisions and recommend collection strategies

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in collections, accounts receivable, or customer service
• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST
• Familiarity with credit, collections, and financial account management practices
• Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency with Outlook; SAP experience is a bonus
