Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress

• Maintain accurate documentation and manage multiple software systems effectively

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Maryland residency is required for this fully remote position
• Completion of a six-week paid virtual training cohort is mandatory
• Ability to maintain a distraction-free, private workspace while working remotely
