A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor to provide remote telephonic support in Baltimore, MD.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and intervene in emergent situations
• Maintain accurate documentation while multitasking across multiple software systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Maryland residency required for remote work
• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance in a distraction-free home office
• Availability for weekend and holiday shifts post-training
